Dave and Illanas villa was beautiful and perfect for 2 families. Plenty space inside and out with a gorgeous pool and an easy walk to local shops and Binibeca beach. Illana was very helpful with information about the area before we arrived even though we only booked a few days in advance ! There was also lots of baby/ toddler gear which saved packing bulky things like bedrails / travel cot / plastic crockery etc. This is a very special spot and we would love to visit again and will happily recommend to others.

Beautiful villa excellently equipt with everything you could need. Great pool. The information on the area restaurants, beaches & activities supplied by the host was really good and added to the overall holiday experience. A great place for families or group of friends.

We had a wonderful week in Dave and Illana’s villa. It’s in a perfect location - very quiet and peaceful but walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Cala Torret and the gorgeous Binibeca beach. We had our toddler with us and the house was so well equipped! It had toys, high chairs, plates etc. all the things I usually worry about packing in case there aren’t any. Illana also sent some wonderful recommendations and was super responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful multi generational stay - the house was perfect for the age range of 6 to 67!! Plenty of internal space to lounge around and a very functional house layout. Most time was spent at the long table next to the pool or lying around the pool. The house was extremely well supplied. The cupboards were full of basic necessities and all washing powder, dishwashing tablets plastic wrap, garbage bags were there in abundance! Illana was extremely quick to respond to any queries and sent us a long list of excellent suggestions on where to eat shop and go … It’s an easy 10 minute walk to a sandy beach or into the small town. Look out for the cut thrus as makes the walk quicker! We really enjoyed entering the sea by ladder from the rocks …. A great spot was about 5 minutes drive away. The sea was impossibly blue. Truly a great week and perfect for families with young kids. The pool as always was a hit.

A beautiful villa in a lovely location - a short walk to the beach, supermarket (the bakery nearby is great) and good quality restaurants. Perfect for a group of 8 people but can sleep 10 comfortably. The pool was perfect. The driveway fits two cars (worth hiring a car to explore the island). A 20 min drive to airport. All the listed amenities. Would definitely recommend! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Gorgeous stay at the villa. Fab location within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and shops. We loved the Bakery and Cala Mar for lunch. The villa was excellent for our 1 year old twins with lots of toys and cutlery etc. Lovely pool and great recommendations from Illana, who was very accommodating. Thank you!

Loved the villa, it's exactly as described and shown in the photos. Great hosts who emailed ahead of time with loads of recommendations for things to do, best route to take from airport, best supermarkets, best beaches, etc etc. Nice quiet neighbourhood with great local beach. Perfect for a relaxed holiday.

We had a great week staying in this beautiful villa with our two year old twin girls. One of the best family friendly airbnbs we have stayed in. Dave and Illana were very accommodating providing cots and high chairs and they had a lovely selection of books and toys which the girls loved! Excellent location, walkable to the beautiful beach, local shop, restaurants and delicious bakery. Dave and Illana were very responsive communicating and also provided an extensive list of recommendations for things to do, places to go, eat etc. We would highly recommend this peaceful villa, it has everything you could need and provides a great base to explore the island. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

We had a wonderful week at Villa Raia, the accommodation was spacious, well equipped and in a great location. Pool was very cold but it was April! We would definitely book again.

Had a wonderful stay. Perfect distance from the town to walk down and have food/go to bakery. The house is beautifully done and lots of little touches that make it the perfect holiday rental.

We loved our stay at Dave & Illana’s house. It was perfect for our family of 10. Everything was clean and uncluttered. The kitchen was great, it had everything we needed. The pool is wonderful too. Menorca is a stunning island and we had the perfect house in the perfect location for our first visit. We’ll definitely be back.

This house is gorgeous and the neighborhood is perfect. You’re within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, a little supermarket. The surroundings are beautiful. Illana is friendly and responsive with recommendations and assistance. We had an amazing stay that exceeded our expectations.

This villa is simply 5 star. It is so well kitted out and we loved cooking in the incredible kitchen. It’s spacious, so clean on arrival (fresh flowers and classic fm playing!), the pool is glorious and we literally couldn’t fault it. Dave and Illana have thought of everything and we are so grateful they have opened their home! Thank you!

Lovely spacious villa in a fabulous location, the hosts go over and above with advice, suggestions and help. Store cupboard staples are greatly appreciated, as are the Children's toys. Air conditioning a dream!! Lovely large swimming pool.Such a beautiful villa.

We could not fault the villa at all. It was beautiful and spacious and so well equipped. The location is great as well, being a short walk to beach and lovely restaurants. Would definitely go back. Loved it!

The villa is perfect for a total relaxation get away. It’s spacious and was very well equipped for our group of 8 friends. The views are lovely, very peaceful and lots of sun traps for sitting in the sun. The pool is a great size for swimming or just cooling off. Cala Torret is quiet but has a supermarket and restaurants. We didn’t have a car but still ventured out to Punta Prima and Binibeca, both have lovely beaches and restaurants. The overall feeling of the holiday was so peaceful and relaxing

Villa Raia is perfection! I could write pages about our wonderful stay, but here are some highlights. The home itself is beautiful, spacious, and clean. The layout is just as pictured in the listing, plenty of closet space, bedroom air-conditioning cools well, and the beds are large and comfortable. We really loved the next-level fully stocked kitchen. It has every kitchen gadget you could possibly imagine, and more. I wish my home kitchen had half as much stuff! Illana also has tons of baby and child amenities, like two high chairs, a boppy seat, two cribs, tons of toys, a play mat, and much more. She also helped us find the sweetest, super reliable mom and daughter babysitting duo. Our 7 month old had more fun here than at home! The pool is enormous, the outdoor lounge furniture plentiful and comfortable. The location is top-notch, within a short walk or drive to so many incredibly gorgeous beaches and coves, and great restaurants. Take Illana's advice and eat at Salitre! I've traveled a lot, and this villa is one of my favorite rentals. Illana's service was far and above the best I've ever received.​
